Here we start the Time’s Up Boating Association (TUBA) blog. TUBA is a loose affiliation of people based around the group Time’s Up (http://timesup.org) in Linz, Austria, interested in boating in many guises.
The inspiration for starting this blog are some new boating projects that are taking place over this winter at the Time’s Up labs. So we hope you enjoy them!
